Amazed how many haters revolving around New Year’s Resolutionerslet’s show them some love, shall we As a trainer and coach that’s main objective is to help people feel great about themselves while looking great I find it so interesting how so many in the fitness community hate on the resolutioners. News, articles, pictures, videos & advice on everything related to bodybuilding - nutrition, supplementation, training, contest preparation, and more. I welcome every single one of the new years resolutioners to the gym, new year new you eat the dumbell, do what you want cuz I have a homegym. ![]()
